No 32 34) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 30 January 2001, Regulation No 45 "of Mikroliegum created, protection and management regulations" Issued in accordance with the species and Habitat Protection Act article 4, point 4, article 36 of the law of the forest and the second subparagraph of article 37 to make a Cabinet of 30 January 2001, Regulation No 45 "of Mikroliegum created, conservation and management rules" (Latvian journal, 2001, no. 19) follows: 1. Replace the words "in the text of the provisions of the Latvian Environment Agency" (fold) with the words "Latvian environment , geology and Meteorology Agency "(fold). 2. Delete paragraph 18.3. 3. Express 22 the following: "22. the public body shall inform the national environmental guard, State land service, municipalities, land owners or users, and the creation of the mikroliegum proposal the applicant of the decision taken to create mikroliegum as well as its protection requirements, location and the area." 4. Supplement with 23.1 points as follows: "responsible national institution 23.1 10 days after the decision on the establishment of the mikroliegum information about the decision to send for publication in the newspaper" journal "of Latvia." 5. Replace paragraph 24, the words "the protection of the environment and the Minister of regional development" with the words "Minister of environment". 6. Replace the words "in paragraph 36, the State environment inspectorate, the regional environmental governance" with the words "public service" of the environment. 7. Express 38 as follows: "38. The Latvian environment, geology and Meteorology Agency national environmental service, national forest service, national fisheries management, environmental management and specially protected natural areas of administration shall be issued, at the request of the heads of all of the information in its possession that describes the mikroliegum." 8. Express 46 as follows: "46. the responsible national authority decision on the abolition of the status of the mikroliegum sends the State Environmental Department, Latvian environment, geology and Meteorology Agency, the State land service, the municipality and the land owner or person whose land was created in the territory of the mikroliegum." 9. Supplement with 47 by the following: "47. the institution of the country 10 days after the decision on the abolition of the status of mikroliegum information about the decision to send for publication in the newspaper" journal "of Latvia." 10. To supplement the rules with the informative reference to European Union directives as follows: "Informative reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions resulting from: 1) of the Council of 2 April 1979 by Directive 79/409/EEC on the conservation of wild birds; 2) Council 21 May 1992 Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora.
