Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 375, Riga, 31 May 2005 (pr. No 32 30) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 December 2004, regulations no 1076 "tuberculosis and lung disease National Charter" Issued by the Agency in accordance with the public agency law article 8 the third paragraph to make the Cabinet on 28 December 2004, regulations no 1076 "tuberculosis and lung disease state agency rules" (Latvian journal, 2005, nr. 10) the following amendments: 1. To make paragraph 1 by the following: "1. the tuberculosis and lung disease National Agency (hereinafter the Agency) is the Health Minister in overseeing public administration."
2. To replace the words "in paragraph 5.1. natural and legal persons" with the word "individuals".
3. To make the first sentence of paragraph 7 as follows: "the Agency is made up of territorial units-branch" Ceplīš "branch of" Lielbērz ", branch" outpatient "Riga, Rezekne and Cesis branch branch."
4. the title of Chapter VI to express the following: "VI. Agency monitoring, ensuring the rule of law and reporting".
5. Supplement to chapter VI, 14.1 points as follows: "the activities of the Agency monitoring 14.1, are conducted by public agencies in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law." Prime Minister a. Halloween Health Minister g. Smith
