Provisions of the Ministry of transport no. 10 in Riga, 20 May 2005, in Amendment of the Ministry of transport on 23 January 2004, the Regulation No 3 "port State control procedures", Issued in accordance with the maritime administration and the Maritime Security Act article 15 the third paragraph and article 17 first part done by the Ministry of transport on 23 January 2004, the Regulation No 3 "port State control procedures" for amendments to chapter XIV "and make an informative reference to European Union directives ' in the following versions : "chapter XIV. Informative reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions resulting from: 1) Council of 19 June 1995 directive 95/21/EC, which sets shipping using Community ports and sailing in the waters subject to the jurisdiction of the Member States in the application of international standards for ship safety, pollution prevention and shipboard living and working conditions (port State control);
2) Council of 27 April 1998 Directive 98/25/EC amending the Council of 19 June 1995 directive 95/21/EC, which sets shipping using Community ports and sailing in the waters subject to the jurisdiction of the Member States in the application of international standards for ship safety, pollution prevention and shipboard living and working conditions (port State control);
3) Commission of 19 June 1998 Directive 98/42/EC amending the Council of 19 June 1995 directive 95/21/EC, which sets shipping using Community ports and sailing in the waters subject to the jurisdiction of the Member States in the application of international standards for ship safety, pollution prevention and shipboard living and working conditions (port State control);
4) Commission 13 December 1999 Directive 99/97/EC amending the Council of 19 June 1995 directive 95/21/EC, which sets shipping using Community ports and sailing in the waters subject to the jurisdiction of the Member States in the application of international standards for ship safety, pollution prevention and shipboard living and working conditions (port State control);
5) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 December 2001, Directive 2001/106/EC amending the Council of 19 June 1995 directive 95/21/EC, which sets shipping using Community ports and sailing in the waters subject to the jurisdiction of the Member States in the application of international standards for ship safety, pollution prevention and shipboard living and working conditions (port State control);
6) the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 November 2002 Directive 2002/84/EC amending the directives on maritime safety and the prevention of pollution from ships. "
