Provisions of the Ministry of transport no. 12 Riga, June 3, 2005, amended by the Ministry of transport on 19 September 2003, the Regulation No 26 "classification society (recognized)" issued by the supervisory arrangements in accordance with the maritime administration and the Maritime Security Act, article 12, paragraph 6, third paragraph, and article 18, first subparagraph make the traffic Ministry on 19 September 2003, the Regulation No 26 "classification society (recognized)" amendment of the supervisory arrangements and informative reference to European Union directive be expressed by the following : 1. "in reference to the content of European Union directives in the regulations include legal provisions arising from: 1) of the Council of 22 November 1994, Directive 94/57/EC on common rules and standards for ship inspection and testing organisation and for activities related to the administration of Maritime Affairs;
2) Commission of 26 September 1997 Directive 97/58/EC amending Council of 22 November 1994, Directive 94/57/EC on common rules and standards for ship inspection and testing organisation and for activities related to the administration of Maritime Affairs;
3) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 December 2001, Directive 2001/105/EC amending Council of 22 November 1994, Directive 94/57/EC on common rules and standards for ship inspection and testing organisation and for activities related to the administration of Maritime Affairs;
4) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 November 2002 Directive 2002/84/EC amending the directives on maritime safety and the prevention of pollution from ships. "
