No 36 7) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 5 October 2004 the Regulation No 826 "State Agency" translation and terminology Centre "Charter" Issued in accordance with the law of public agencies in article 8 the third paragraph 1. make Cabinet 5 October 2004 No. 826 "in the terms of the national agency" translation and terminology Centre "Charter" (Latvian journal, 2004, no. 159) the following amendments: 1. replace the text, the words "physical and legal dignity of me" with the word "individuals";
1.2. to make paragraph 1 by the following: "1. the national agency" translation and terminology Centre "(hereinafter referred to as the Agency) is the Minister of education and science in the national monitoring authority set up to national regulatory authorities and the public with national and international legislation and issued another document translations, as well as proposals for the development and standardization of terminology.
