No 36 28) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 25 January 2000, the provisions of no. 32 "the average insurance contributions wage calculation procedure of determining unemployment benefits and unemployment benefits and death grants, calculation and award of costs order" Issued in accordance with the law "on insurance against unemployment" the third paragraph of article 8 and article 13, third paragraph, 1. make Cabinet 25 January 2000, the provisions of no. 32 "the average insurance contributions wage calculation procedure of determining unemployment benefits and unemployment benefits and death grants award the cost of the calculation and procedure, "(Latvian journal, 2000,/28.nr. 2001, 26; 27; 2004, nr. 156. n.) the following amendments: 1. make the introductory part of paragraph 6 by the following:" 6. the granting of unemployment benefits in one of the State social insurance agency departments (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) of his choice: ";
1.2. deleting subparagraph 6.1.2;
1.3. make 6.2.1. subparagraph by the following: "6.2.1. identity document;";
1.4. make introductions to paragraph 9 and 9.1. bottom point by the following: "9. the granting of the unemployed death grant and unemployment benefits in case of death of the beneficiary in one of the chapters of the Agency of your choice: 9.1 the following documents must be presented: 9.1.1 unemployed members of the family or the person's identity card, which has taken the funeral;
9.1.2. the death certificate (certificate) of the original (the State social insurance agency made the death certificate (certificate)), if the unemployed person dies abroad and death grants the applicant does not have a certificate of the fact of death registration; ";
1.5. deletion of section 9.2.3;
1.6. to supplement paragraph 10 behind the words "invalidity pension" with the words "or retirement pension, old-age pension or after the preferential terms";
1.7. to express such paragraph 11: "11. a decision on the grant of unemployment benefits or refusal to grant benefits agency chapter according to the declared place of residence of the applicant shall adopt within 10 working days after all the grant award document required for receipt and issue (sends) the decision referred to the unemployed person";
1.8. to make 18 the following: "6. The decision on the burial allowance or refusal to grant an allowance for the five working days following that rule 17. compliance with the conditions referred to in paragraph 1 shall be adopted in accordance with the Agency's chapter of the beneficiaries to the declared place of residence or the deceased's last domicile declared.";
1.9. to complement the chapter IV with 18.1 points as follows: "18.1 the unemployment allowance and death benefit the State social insurance agency paid the beneficiary credit institutions or PNS (billing system) account. Death benefit paid on the basis of the Agency's Department issued one-off costs warrant checks. "
1.10. to supplement the provisions of Chapter VI, by the following: "VI. final question 21. This rule 18.1 points shall enter into force on 1 July 2005."
