Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 472 Riga, 28 June 2005 (pr. No 37 26. §) rules on Government duty on legal protection of designs released under design law article 35 1. determines the Design of the national statutory fees and payment arrangements. 2. the duty rates are as follows: 2.1 for the design application submission-30 lats;
2.2. in presenting the complex application – for each additional design included in the application: 2.2.1. from the second to the tenth design design-20 lats;
2.2.2. starting with the 11th design-15 lat;
2.3. for amendment of an application after the applicant's initiative-15 lat;
2.4. for the registration of the design and publications – 45 lats;
2.5. for each publication contains additional images-15 lat;
2.6. the postponement of the publication in accordance with article 19 of the law of industrial designs the first part-25 lats;
2.7. for the renewal of the registration under the design law article 31, second paragraph: 2.7.1. on second term – 120 lats;
2.7.2. to a third term – 160 lats;
2.7.3. a fourth term-200 lats;
2.7.4. the fifth period, 240 pounds;
2.7.5. the supplementary fee for renewal within six months after the expiry of the term of registration – 45 lats;
2.8. on design law the period referred to in article 32:2.8.1. extension-20 lats;
2.8.2. renewal-30 lats;
2.9. the appeal relating to the decision of the Board of patents – 120 lats;
2.10. the submission of objections against the registration of the design – 120 lats;
2.11. the transition of the design right or the license registration (license contract amendment or termination)-30 lats;
2.12. the modification and tampering national design register (also the cancellation from the register of designs by owner initiatives under design law article 36 the first part)-20 lats;
2.13. the certified copy or extract, the copy has been made of the national design Register documents and materials under design law article 34 of the sixth: 2.13.1. a document certifying priority, design application – 6 lats;
2.13.2. other documents or materials: for each document 2.13.2.1. or the first page of the material – 1.50 ls;
2.13.2.2. for each subsequent page-0.20 lats;
2.14. the duplicate certificate of registration is issued for 30 dollars. 3. Where a design registration shall apply: 3.1 the designer who created the designs, the State fee shall be paid in 40% of these rules laid down in paragraph 2, the toll rates;
3.2. the pupil, student or pensioner who created the designs, stamp duty is paid 20% of the provision set out in paragraph 2, the toll rates. 4. a State fee shall be payable before these provisions of the operations, if the design is not fixed in the laws of the other State duties payment arrangements. 5.
