2. 25.4. have made amendments to the law on the State budget for the current year;
25.5. the Cabinet's decision to reduce or delay the appropriations;
6. in accordance with the order of the Cabinet of Ministers has been the redistribution of resources according to the law on State budget for the current year.
26. The Ministry or other public authority of the central budget-funded institutions and the activities of the new financing plan, projects can be submitted to the Treasury every month 13 or 14 of these provisions within the time limit referred to in paragraph.
27.
