No 37 47) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 September 2004, the Regulation No 804 "rules on wage system of public institutions financed medical persons and social work professionals ' Issued in accordance with article 62 of the law of work of the fifth 1. make the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 September 2004, the Regulation No 804" rules on wage system of public institutions financed medical persons and social work professionals "(Latvian journal 155., 2004, nr.; 2005, nr. 33) the following amendments: 1. express an indication on what basis the provisions of the law, issued by the following: "Issued in accordance with article 62 of the labour law in the fifth and medicinal law article 4 second subparagraph";
1.2. make 1, 2 and 3 by the following: "1. the provisions laid down in: 1.1.no State budget financed institutions (excluding subordinated to the Ministry of health budget authorities and public agencies) (hereinafter the institution), treatment of persons and social work professionals (hereinafter employees) pay (monthly salary, allowances and bonuses) and the procedure for determining them;
more UR1.2.zem the wage rate of treatment persons who provided from the State budget paid for health care services, medical institutions, which have concluded a contract for health care services provided for payment, as well as subordinated to the Ministry of health in the State budget institutions and agencies (hereinafter referred to as the medical people).

3. 1.3. replace paragraph 7.1, the number and the word "20%" with the name and the number "20%";
