No 38 10) amendments to the Cabinet of 20 July 2004 No. 610 "in the terms of the order in which issue, suspend or revoke the permit in Latvia controlled narcotic substances, psychotropic substances and precursors included in lists of plants, substances and medicines for use in medical and scientific studies or training" Issued in accordance with the law "on the illicit manufacture of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and to the legitimate movement of medicinal products order" article 7 do cabinet 20 July 2004 No. 610 "in the terms of the order that issue, suspend or revoke the permit in Latvia controlled narcotic substances, psychotropic substances and precursors included in lists of plants, substances and medicines for use in medical and scientific studies or training "(Latvian journal, 2004, nr. 116) with the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 6.5 points below as follows:" 6.5. narkolog's opinion on natural persons or the responsible health condition. 2. Delete paragraph 7.3.

4. Delete paragraph 16.8.
