No 42 31) the Mediterranean Carnation leaf and South African Carnation leaf eradication and containment of the spread of the order Issued under the plant protection act, article 13, paragraph 1. determines the order in which combat and limit the plant quarantine organisms-the Mediterranean Carnation leaf-rollers (roller Cacoecimorpha pronubana Hübner) and the South African Carnation leaf-(-roller Epichoristodes acerbella Walker) (hereinafter referred to as Carnation leaf). 2. the national plant protection service (hereinafter service): 2.1 monitor and control Carnation leaf spread and determine their containment and control measures (hereinafter referred to as the phytosanitary measures);
2.2. laboratory diagnosed Carnation leaf. 3. A Person must not be stored or reproduced Carnation leaf except for the years you established regulations for trial or scientific purposes and for work on varietal selections of harmful organisms, plants, plant products and contact with them in the introduction into and movement of objects. 4. Carnations (Dianthus l.) be circulated if Carnation plantations have been found in the control of Carnation. 5. in the case of Carnation plantations finds control of Carnation, service shall decide on the following: phytosanitary measures 5.1. instructs the process of Carnation plantations so that the distribution of carnations would not be infested with Carnation leaf;
5.2. the cut flowers of Carnation permission to distribute only during the period from 16 October to 30 April, if they found a small degree of infestation. 6. If a person avoids Carnation leaf-spreading the risk, the service allows: 6.1 does not apply this provision of paragraph 5, if the carnations for scientific degree ķiem, test or selection work;
6.2. of Carnation cut flowers also distribute during the period from 1 May to 15 October, they found a small degree of infestation. 7. the Department shall adopt a decision on the abolition of certain phytosanitary measures if Carnation plantations are no longer found in the control of Carnation.
