General questions 1. public agency "Latvian War Museum" (further – the Agency) is the Minister of defence in monitoring the national regulatory authority. 4.3. development, equipment and constant exposure and exhibition;
4.4. public museum studies and information about items;
4.5. prepares and conducts educational programs and tours, provide tutorials, lectures, public events;
4.6. participates in and organizes national and international projects;
4.7. maintain and develop the Museum's operation required infrastructure;
4.8. performs other tasks. 5. the Agency's functions and tasks carried out in the medium-term business strategy and approved the operational plan for the year and the current year's budget, as well as the management contract by the Defense Minister and a Director of the Agency. 6. the Agency shall have the following rights: 6.1. to request and receive from the national regulatory authorities, as well as the laws and regulations of the individuals within the Agency's functions need his information;
