No 46 44) general education quality evaluation by the national agency, in accordance with the regulations issued by the public agency law 8 the third paragraph of article i. General questions 1. General education quality assessment Agency (hereinafter Agency) is an educational and scientific supervision of the existing three Minis to the national regulatory authority. The Minister overseeing the Agency is implemented by the Ministry of education and science. 2. the Agency is designed to ensure the right of citizens to obtain high-quality general education by organizing objective and comprehensive general education quality assessment procedure. 4.4. to collect and analyze general education quality evaluation result in tus, as well as collect the assessment of experience;
4.5. to provide general educational institutions and general education quality evaluation expert implementation;
4.6. to advise the General educational institutions and general education quality evaluation expert implementation;
4.7. to analyse, evaluate, methodical and informational support to the overall quality of education self esteem;
4.8. create and maintain general education quality evaluation need his information system;
4.9. According to competence to organise courses and seminars, to issue a method and information materials. 5. the Agency shall have the following rights: 5.1 build Expert Commission of education quality evaluation;
5.2. external legislation in certain cases, to request and receive operation of necessary information from legal and physical persons;
5.3. to participate in the Affairs of the Ministry of education and science departments, as well as accountabilities and monitoring bodies, related to the Agency's functions;
5.4. to publish materials for the design and symbolism of the Agency;
5.5. the charge for public services provided by the Agency. III. Agency structure and governance 6. Agency headed by the Director of the Agency.
