Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 596 in Riga, 16 august 2005 (pr. No 46) of the Republic of Latvia to the European Union of national positions on the development, validation and representation order Issued pursuant to the Cabinet of Ministers of 14 law equipment of the first paragraph of article 3 i. II. If the time limit laid down in the Ministry of finance and/or regional development and Municipal Affairs Ministry does not deliver an opinion the national position to be considered as coherent. 14. The provision referred to in paragraph 11 of the interinstitutional working group delegated representatives are authorized to the national regulatory authorities or other institutions, which they represent, to take a decision on the coordination of national positions in the matter within the limits of its competence. 15. If the legislation of the European Union or other matter for which you are developing a national position is more public administration authorities whether it significantly affected the interests of the Republic of Latvia, the responsible authority: national positions 15.1. submit a project for conceptual review meeting of senior officials of the European Union;

This rule 26, 27 and 28 the representatives referred to in paragraph 1 shall be responsible for the expression of national positions in the Council of Ministers of the Council of Ministers meeting, working group or Committee according to the approved national positions or instructions. IV. Parliamentary participation 30. In other cases, non-governmental organisations and the social partners in these rules referred to in paragraph 11 of the interinstitutional working group are included depending on those issues under consideration. Vi. Closing questions 35.
