7.9. the protection and safety of the student. 8. application for accreditation shall be submitted not later than six months before the authorities or education programs accreditation expires. 9. The attestation application shall be submitted not later than six months prior to the attestation. 10. The national agencies on the basis of the submissions, prepare the education and program accreditation and attestation schedule projects. 11. not later than five weeks before the start of the national accreditation agency shall inform the applicant of: 11.1. 11.2. accreditation and/or attestation;

17.2. Level III – good;

17.4. Level I – not enough. 18. the Commission of experts in educational activities assessed taking into account the following educational credential evaluation criteria (except this rule and 18.7 18.6. the in point) and specifying the actions level appreciate mu: 18.1. education programs-compliance with laws and regulations in the field of education;

18.4. evaluation as an integral part of the learning process;

18.22. educational management work. 19. the head of the Commission of experts submitted to the National Agency for education institutions accreditation report and the proposal of the Commission of experts. The State Agency shall forward the report to the Commission, the educational establishment, the founder, and the recommendations contained in the report of the implementation monitoring bodies. IV. the establishment and operation of the Commission 20. Commission set up by the Minister of education and science. The Commission shall include the following: 20.1. four Ministry of education and Science representatives;

20.3. the head of the Latvian Education Association representative;
20.4. the education and Science Workers Union representative;
20.5. the State agency representative;

20.6. the municipal representative of the Union. 21. the work of the Commission headed by its Chairman.
