Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 706 in Riga in 2005 (13 September. Certificate (annex 1), the bio-breeding or many of the embryo (hereinafter certificate) issued by the relevant animal species breeders ' organisation (hereinafter referred to as the Organization). Breeding State inspection certificate may withdraw or suspend its operation for a period of up to one year in the event of failure to comply with the procedure laid down in these provisions.
