General questions 1. determines the order in which the certified bovine animals, swine, sheep, goat and horse breeders (breeders), and many embryos are projected. 2. the bio-Breeding, and many are certified to the embryo during their use in breeding progeny and highly productive herd. II. Certification criteria 3. 3.5. has genetic diagnostic studies, as well as vaccinations and veterinary care in accordance with the food and veterinary service of the set of measures laid down by the infectious animal disease prevention and control. 4. Certificate (annex 1), the bio-breeding or many of the embryo (hereinafter certificate) issued by the relevant animal species breeders ' organisation (hereinafter referred to as the Organization). Organisation: 4.1. the period of validity of the certificate for a period of not less than one year, or for a trial period in which you get a performance assessment;
4.2. the area in which the use of the bio-breeding or the many embryos. III. Certificate procedure 5. to get the certificate, the person shall submit the relevant application to the Organization (annex 2). The application shall be accompanied by the following documents: 5.1 individual records of breeding cards or copies of their bio-breeding and embryo of the copy of the certificate of origin, if they are bought;
5.2. the health certificate for the genetic health of copies (horses, passport copy) or by importing breeding animals, embryos, and the bio-health (health) a copy of the certificate;
5.3. test imunoģenētisk cattle. 6. the Organization of the month assess the documents submitted and take a decision thereon: 6.1. issuance of certificate;
6.2. concerning the refusal to issue a certificate and notify the applicant in writing of the grounds for refusal. 7. The Organization shall not issue a certificate, if these rules are not complied with these conditions. 8. a Person may submit an application repeatedly certificate not earlier than after three months. IV. cancellation of certificate 9. Organization may withdraw certificate when: 9.1. the conditions laid down in the breeders breeding program, it many of the embryos and the projected conditions of use;
9.2. the breeding animals are not diagnostic studies, vaccinations and veterinary care;
9.3. have decreased the breeding value of breeding unit and is drawn up. 10. Breeding State inspection certificate may withdraw or suspend its operation for a period of up to one year in the event of failure to comply with the procedure laid down in these provisions. V. concluding questions 11.
