3. 8. Deleted 10.1.1.
9. Express 11.5. subparagraph by the following: "11.5. with the registered legal person who carries out the disposal of radioactive waste or management (management of radioactive waste, pre-treatment, treatment, preparation for long term for storage or disposal, storage and disposal), a copy of the contract for the disposal of radioactive waste, or with ionising radiation source, supplier or manufacturer of a copy of the contract concluded on the guarantees that the corresponding closed source by using them to send back to the foreign;".
10. Put the following section 11.8.: "11.8. checks on ionising radiation facilities technical safety;".
11. Supplement with 7.4. point as follows: "7.4. quality assurance and quality control program activities with ionizing radiation sources."
12. Express 33.1. subparagraph by the following: "33.1. special permission (license) the applicant's name, registration number and registered the relevant register Office;".

14. Express 46 as follows: "46. 15. 19. Make 69 the following: "69. 20.
