Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 735 in 2005 on September 27 (Mon. No. 54) rules on the minimum and maximum number of trainees State and municipal general educational classes, pre-school educational groups, special education institutions and social and pedagogical correction classes issued in accordance with the General Education Act, article 4, paragraph 14 i. General questions 1. determines the minimum and maximum number of trainees State and municipal general educational classes and preschool educational groups as well as special education institutions and social and pedagogical correction classes.
2. If the State or local education authority student class size () is less than the minimum laid down in these rules, the learner creates the United class (Group). Basic education programs, learning it is recommended to combine 1-3 class, 4.-6. class and 7.-9. class. At the initiative of the institution's founder may have other options for combining classes.
3. If the objective conditions (hygiene, an unexpected reduction in the number of pupils or the increase before the start of the school year) in educational institution founded in these conditions cannot be met, the educational institution shall inform the local government administration of education on the need to increase or reduce the number of learners in the classroom (in the Group). The municipal educational administration objectively assessed conditions, drawing up an opinion and submit to the Ministry of education and science. The opinion shall be accompanied by a written justification for the number of trainees up or down. The Ministry of education and science decision within 15 days.
