Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 758 in Riga in 2005 (11 October. No 58) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 13 January 2004, the Regulation No 25 "procedure for accredited persons wishing to carry out system audits of State and local government bodies personal data processing systems" Issued in accordance with the individual data protection act article 29 paragraph 6 of part three to make a Cabinet of 13 January 2004, the Regulation No 25 "procedure for accredited persons wishing to carry out system audits of State and local government bodies personal data processing systems" (Latvian journal 8, 2004, no.) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 6.5 points below as follows: "it is not penalized for 6.5 intentional criminal offences or are rehabilitated or have been removed or deleted the criminal."
2. Supplement with 7.5 points in the bottom as follows: "it is not penalized for 7.5. the intentional criminal offences or are rehabilitated or have been removed or deleted the criminal."
3. Supplement with 15.1 points as follows: "15.1 accreditation certificate shall include the name of the data state inspection, accredited in the system of the auditor's name, surname, personal code, confirmation that the certified person shall have the right to carry out system audits, accreditation certificate validity period and the date and number of the decision."
4. Supplement with 32.5. bottom point as follows: "system auditor 32.5. knowingly provided false information in order to receive accreditation certificate."
5. Amend Chapter VIII.
