Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 781 2005 in Riga on October 18 (Mon. No 60 16) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 3 September 2002, the Regulation No 398 "requirements for laboratories and laboratory quality inspection" Issued under the chemicals and chemical products Act article 6 and the second paragraph of the law "on conformity assessment" 7. the first part of the article make the Cabinet September 3, 2002 regulations No. 398, "laboratories of the quality requirements and inspection of laboratories" (Latvian journal, 2002, nr. 127) the following amendments : 1. Make the paragraph 2 second sentence by the following: "study results intended for submission to the Ministry of Welfare, the Ministry of health, Ministry of the environment and Ministry of agriculture, as well as in the institutions subordinated to the Ministry (hereinafter referred to as the competent body)."
2. Express 4 by the following: "4. in Latvia it is recognised in the Member States of the European Union, European economic area countries, the European Free Trade Association and the Organization for economic cooperation and development Member States issued receipts or confirmation according to the Member States of the European Union norms, which affirms that the studies are carried out and monitored according to the requirements of good laboratory practice."
3. Make the informative reference to directives of the European Union in this re: "Informative information Dhaka reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions resulting from: 1) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004, Directive 2004/9/EC on good laboratory practice (PP) verification and approval (codified version);
2) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004, Directive 2004/10/EC on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to the principles of good laboratory practice and the verification of their applications for tests on chemical substances (codified version).
