Add to paragraph 1, the second sentence by the following : "Minister of health monitoring agency is implemented by the Ministry of health."
2. To replace the words "in paragraph 3.6. legal and natural persons" with the word "individuals".
3. Replace the words "in paragraph 5.3 natural and legal persons" with the word "individuals".
4. Delete paragraph 8.
