No 61 19) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 4 January 2005, regulations No 8 "national agencies" Infektoloģij Center "Charter" Issued in accordance with the law of public agencies in article 8 the third paragraph do cabinet 4 January 2005, regulations No 8 "national agencies" Infektoloģij Center "Charter" (Latvian journal, 2005, no. 4) the following amendments: 1. Add to paragraph 1, the second sentence by the following: "Minister of health monitoring agency is implemented by the Ministry of health."
2. Replace paragraph 4.10. and 6.1. the words "natural and legal persons" with the word "individuals".
3. Delete the third sentence of paragraph 7.
