No 61 26. §) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 2 April 2002, the Regulation No 140 "package classification and labelling provisions" Issued in accordance with article 10 of the law of the Pack, the second part of the Cabinet of Ministers Made the 2002 April 2 Regulation No 140 packaging "classification and labelling" (Latvian journal, 2002, 52 no) the following amendments: 1. Make paragraph 3 by the following: "3. If Packer highlights package then the packaging or packaging material marking on the packaging or the label Packer specifies the following information : 3.1 packaging material type (indicated by a numeric code and the name according to this provision, annex 2);
3.2. the graphic symbol, which indicates that the packing material is reģen in rējam and/or recyclable (according to annex 3 of these provisions). "
2. Delete the 7, 8 and 9.
3. Supplement with an informative reference to European Union directives as follows: "Informative reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions resulting from: 1) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 December 1994, Directive 94/62/EC on packaging and packaging waste;
