If the carrier carries regular passenger services on specified routes, the carrier State additional fee of 50 percent relief from this provision in paragraph 2 or 3 of that country. 5. for 3 or 4 of these rules referred to in paragraph breaks, the carrier shall submit the documents of the special permission (license), declare (specify) transportation vehicles and whether or not you made the regular passenger services along specified routes. 6. the decision on State duty payment relief adopted the institution issuing the special carrier permission (license). 7. the carrier may challenge the decision of the institution of the administrative process of regulatory legislation. 8. the special permissions (licenses) of the renewal fee payable in the country of 10 percent of the rate laid down for the special permission (license). 9. For the special permission (license) the issue of a duplicate State fee payable for five lats. 10. a State fee shall be paid before the special permissions (licenses), through non-cash settlement. 11.
