No 30 35) requirements for retail businesses that deliver home-produced or prepared food of animal origin Issued in accordance with article 25 of the law on veterinary medicine 12. point 1. Rules lays down the requirements for the retail businesses that perform additional, local and limited activities, supplying the home-produced or prepared food of animal origin: 1. directly to the final consumer; 1.2. a small quantity of other retail businesses in accordance with European Parliament and Council of 29 April 2004, Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin, article 1, paragraph 5 "b") ("ii". 2. the food of animal origin within the meaning of this provision are: 2.1. milk products egg products honey products, processed fishery products, meat products and meat preparations, except for fresh meat; 2.2. the food containing this provision 2.1. products referred to in point. 3.
