If domestic occasional services service is provided for a group of passengers, which was created by the initiative of the carrier, the contract specifies the following information: 13.1. carrier's name, registration number and registered office; 13.2. the recipient's name, surname, personal code and the declared place of residence; 13.3. special permission (license) or a licence card number; 13.4. the provision of the service route and trip purpose; 13.5. service due date and time; 13.6. settlement procedures; 8.5. other conditions stemming from the mutual obligations of the parties (for example, the amount of the liability, sanctions, insurance conditions, information on passengers ' rights). 14. Settlement of domestic non-scheduled transport services are carried out on the basis of the invoice issued to the carrier using cashless settlements.
