General questions 1. determines the : 1.1 the procedures for implementing the action programme "growth and employment" 9.2.1. specific objectives of aid "to raise social services efficiency and professionalism of employees working with risk situations existing persons" (hereinafter referred to as the objective of the aid). "an inclusive measure 9.2.1.2 labour market and poverty studies and monitoring" (hereinafter measure); 1.2. the objectives of the measure; 1.3. in the event the funds available; 1.4. the requirements of the European Social Fund project applicant; 1.5. the eligible cost of the operation and the conditions of the question; 1.6. the simplified conditions of application costs and order; 1.7. the agreement for the implementation of a project in a unilateral notice conditions. 2. objective of the measure is to create a poverty and social exclusion situation – data and policies, monitoring system, develop an inclusive labour market policies and support of persons with disabilities in the system, as well as methodological and socio-economic situation of the subsistence minimum consumer basket of goods and services. 3. in the event the target group's social policy makers. 4. Measure the costs are eligible if they comply with these rules, the following positions and its cost is incurred from the date of entry into force of the provisions. II. Requirements for the project the applicant 10. III. eligible activities and costs 13. Measure is supported by the following: 13.1. annual poverty and reducing social exclusion policies evaluation; 13.2. a study of international practices in support of persons with disabilities in the area of the system; 13.3. the scientific study of social exclusion of unemployed persons exposed to opportunities to participate in the labour market; 13.4. the development of a new methodology of the subsistence minimum consumer basket of goods and services and its approval (pilot projects); 13.5. information and publicity measures for the implementation of a project; 8.5. project management and implementation. 14. Operation plans to the following costs: 14.1 direct eligible costs; 14.2. indirect eligible costs; 14.3. the unexpected costs. 15. This provision 14.1. referred to the direct eligible costs include the following positions: 15.1 direct personnel costs (funding recipient project implementation and management personnel remuneration costs) according to State and local officials and employees of the institutions of legal remuneration, excluding overtime. If the staff is employed in the normal working time, workplace equipment costs are eligible for 100 percent. If the staff is employed full time or part time, work equipment acquisition cost is attributed in proportion to the percentage of the load distribution. 17. The beneficiaries of the associated service providers: 25.1. these rules 13.1. eligible activities referred to in the implementation of the use of the Central Statistical Bureau published annual survey data "EU statistics on income and living conditions (EU-SILC: the European Union statistics on income and Living conditions), as well as other data, if required in the quality of the study; 25.2.13.2 these regulations referred to in the implementation of the assisted actions by persons with a disability support system research at least five Member States of the European Union; 25.3. the rules referred to in point 13.3. eligible transactions carried out for the implementation of social exclusion risk population aid research and draw up proposals for improving it; 25.4. this rule 13.4. eligible activities referred to in the context of developing a new subsistence minimum consumer basket of goods and services and the methodology for the determination of pilot projects at the national and regional averages. 26. the draft amendments shall be made according to the regulations on the procedures for European Union structural funds and the cohesion fund management institutions involved in providing this implementation Fund 2014 – 2020 programming period. 27. cooperation authority have the right to unilaterally withdraw from the agreement for the implementation of a project in any of the following cases: 27.1. the beneficiary does not comply with the agreement for the implementation of the project, including non-compliance with the time limits set out in the project or have other circumstances occurred which negatively affects or may affect the purpose of the aid monitoring indicator or measure; 27.2. in other cases provided for in the conditions of the agreement for the implementation of a project. 28. within the framework of the project the measures implemented in accordance with the agreement for the implementation of the project, but no longer than until 2022 31 December. 29.
