Replace paragraph 4, the words and figures "of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) of 29 November 2007 a resolution 996 (25) for the mandatory implementation of the IMO instruments" with the words and figures "IMO 2013 4 December resolution 1070 (28)" IMO code for the implementation of the instruments (code) "". 3. Replace paragraph 11.1. numbers and names "of 4 November 1993, of resolution 739 (18) on guidelines for the authorization of organizations" in annex II, with numbers and words, "June 21, 2013 resolution MSC. 349 (92) "recognised organisation (AO code) the code" annex III ". 4. Make the informative reference to European Union directives as follows: "Informative reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions resulting from: 1) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009. directive 2009/15/EC on common rules and standards for ship inspection and survey organisations and for the relevant activities of maritime administrations (text with EEA relevance); 2) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 November 2013-2013/54/EU directive concerning certain aspects of the flag State responsibility in respect of compliance with the 2006 Convention on maritime labour and its performance; 3) Commission 2014 Implementation of 17 December 2014/111/EU directive in the context that the International Maritime Organization (IMO) has adopted some of the code and related amendments to certain conventions and protocols, amending Directive 2009/15/EC.
