No 36 32) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 22 December 2009 the Regulation No 1599 "rules for the use of the national flag of Latvia in order to craft" Issued in accordance with the Latvian national flag law in the first paragraph of article 22 paragraph 3 to make a Cabinet of 22 December 2009 the Regulation No 1599 "rules for the use of the national flag of Latvia in order to craft" (Latvian journal, 2009, no. 204) the following amendments : 1. Replace the text, the word "territorial" with the words "territorial sea". 2. Make point 7 by the following: "7. On foreign vessels that are located within the territorial sea of the Republic of Latvia or in the internal waters, including ports, Latvia's national flag is raised on the mast of the ship yards." 3. To supplement the provisions under paragraph 9 and 10 by the following: "9. the Latvian national flag for use on Board according to the Latvian national flag law and these terms is responsible for the vessel's owner. 10. The Latvian national flag on ships controlled by the national armed forces of the fleet Marine Force Coast Guard service.
