Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 842 2005 in Riga on 8 November (pr. 65.7, §) rules on general government debt issued by classification in accordance with the law on budget and financial management article 11 paragraph 3 and the first subparagraph of article 43 1 of the rules established in the general government debt classification applicable to the State budget, local budgets, as well as State and local authorities of the budget budgetary accounting and reporting. 2.
