Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 849 2005 in Riga on 8 November (pr. 2.5. the duplicate certificate of registration is issued — 2 Lats. 3. a State fee shall be paid before the submission of the relevant application. 4. If the notary public business register has adopted a decision on the refusal to register the trade union statutes, amendments or other changes to the trade association or off of the Trade Union register, the State fee shall not be refunded. 5. If the applicant, within two months from the date on which the register State notary accepted this provision the decision referred to in paragraph 4, a decision given in address gaps and repeatedly made by the trade unions, amendment of the statutes or other changes in registration or exclusion from the Trade Union registry of trade unions, the repeated State fee is not charged. 6. State fee, including the State budget. 7. a State fee shall be paid to: 7.1. concerning the amendment, relating to the conversion of administrative territories, borders or name change, as well as the street name or building number;
7.2. the fact of registration on the basis of the decision of a public authority or a court ruling. 8.
