Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 856 2005 Riga 15 November (pr. No 66 11. §) rules on the conformity of vocational training programmes and vocational training of seafarers mechanisms for monitoring implementation and issued in accordance with the maritime administration and the Maritime Security Act 26. the first paragraph of article i. Education and training institution relevant for evaluating the content of the programme the Latvian register of Seafarers shall submit the application (annex 3).
