Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 904 in Riga 2005 29 November (pr. No 70 20. §) rules on procedure for the registration of births, deaths and marriages, the register of births, deaths and marriages registry storage of samples, procedures and deadlines, as well as the documents issued on the basis of the entries in the register in accordance with the Issued of births, deaths and marriages Act article 4, fourth part i.
