Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 949 in 2005 Riga on 13 December (pr. No 74 36. §) rules on hazardous chemicals list Issued in accordance with the chemicals and chemical products Act article 10 quarter 1. determines the list of dangerous chemicals (annex). 2. Hazardous Chemicals included in the list of hazardous chemicals and their description of the group, as well as records of certain chemical products, which European Union Member States have agreed to apply a uniform classification and labelling. 3. list of hazardous chemicals electronically is available in the Latvian environment, geology and Meteorology Agency's website on the internet.
