Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 938 in Riga in 2005 (on 13 December. 1.4. to replace the words "in paragraph 9 of the book of job (work contract notebook)" with the words "child's birth certificate";
1.5. to Supplement 12.3. subparagraph after the word "age" with the words "or who takes care of children with disabilities";
1.6. to supplement paragraph 15 of the introductory part of the second sentence after the words "receiving sickness benefits" the words "or from maternity benefits for persons who receive maternity benefits";
1.7. replacing in subparagraph 15.1 and 15.4. numbers and the words "group I or II disabled persons" with a number and the words "a retirement pension or receiving disability-State special pension beneficiaries".
