Express 1.6. subparagraph by the following: "1.6. health requirements in the ungulates, the movement of animals of the species whose import or in transit through Latvia led from third countries."; 1.2. the deletion of paragraph 5, the words "are registered and identified and"; 1.3. to supplement the rules with the bottom paragraph 6.3.1.1 as follows: "6.3.1.1 are registered and identified in accordance with the laws and regulations on the control and monitoring procedures, animal semen, ova and embryos in trade with Member States of the European Union and with third countries (hereinafter-the law on the control and monitoring procedures);"; 1.4. the express section 6.4.3. by the following: "6.4.3. are registered and identified in accordance with the laws and regulations on the control and monitoring procedures, as well as not from the holding and have not been in contact with animals from a holding on which the previous two months of clinical studies found hlamidioz (Chlamydia psittaci) (the family of birds parrots);"; 1.5. deletion of paragraph 9, the words "and they comply with this provision the requirements laid down in chapter II; 1.6. to supplement the rules with the bottom paragraph 10.3 as follows: "10.3. the animals come from a third country, the competent authorities (the body which carries out state veterinary supervision and control, or any authority to which it has delegated such functions) recognized sites, which ensures compliance with requirements equivalent to those laid down in chapter II of these rules."; 1.7. to make 15 and 16 points as follows: "15. Veterinary health certificate or commercial document the original or copy (animals veterinary checks carried out in accordance with the legislation on veterinary controls on the import of animals from Latvia third countries) led with the animals to their place of destination. 16. The rules laid down in paragraph 15 of the document accompanying the animals, the beneficiary shall be kept for at least three years. " 2. This provision 1.1. subparagraph shall enter into force on January 1, 2006.
