Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 980 Riga 2005 20 December (pr. No 76 69) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 18 March 2004, regulations No 142 "rules on veterinary requirements and procedures for the control and monitoring of products of animal origin trade with European Union Member States" Issued in accordance with article 25 of the law on veterinary medicine 1 and 5 make Cabinet 18 March 2004, regulations No 142 "rules on veterinary requirements and procedures for the control and monitoring of products of animal origin trade with Member States of the European Union" (Latvian journal 66., 2004, nr.) the following amendments: 1. Express 21.3. subparagraph as follows: "each of the goods 21.3. receipt of food and veterinary service territorial unit shall notify not later than 24 hours prior to arrival (1.1) and provides a food and veterinary service of the opportunity to make these rules 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 above; '.
2. Make the informative reference to European Union directives as follows: "Informative reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions resulting from: 1) 1989 Council December 11 of Directive 89/662/EEC on the establishment of veterin skates in checks in intra-Community trade with a view to the completion of the internal market;
2) Council on 15 July 1991, directives 91/496/EEC laying down the principles governing the organisation of veterinary checks on animals entering the community from third countries and amending Directives 89/662/EEC, 90/425/EEC and 90/675/EEC;
3) Council on 15 July 1991, directives 91/492/EEC laying down the health conditions for the production and the placing on the market of live bivalve molluscs;
4) Council of 28 January 1991 Directive 91/67/EEC concerning the animal health conditions governing the placing on the market of aquaculture animals and products;
5) Council of 22 July 1991, the provisions of Directive 91/493/EEC laying down the health conditions for the production and the placing on the market of fishery products;
6) Council of 26 June 1991 Council Directive 91/494/EEC on animal health conditions governing the importation of fresh poultry meat in intra-Community trade in and imports of fresh poultrymeat from third countries;
7) Council on 27 November 1990, of Directive 91/495/EEC on bass in the general health and animal health problems affecting the rabbit meat and farmed game meat production and placing on the market;
8) Council of 16 June 1992 Directive 92/45/EEC concerning public health and animal health problems relating to killing of wild game and the placing on the market of wild-game meat;
9) Council of 16 June 1992 Directive 92/46/EEC laying down the health rules for raw milk, heat-treated milk and milk-based products for the production and the placing on the market;
10) Council of 14 July 1992 Directive 92/67/EEC, amending Directive 89/662/EEC concerning veterinary checks in intra-Community trade with a view to the completion of the internal market;
11) 1992 of the Council of 17 December Directive 92/118/EEC laying down animal health and public health requirements governing trade in and imports into the community, are not covered by such requirements for specific Community rules referred to in Directive 89/662/EEC and of Annex I,-as regards the pathogens in question-specific Community rules referred to in Directive 90/425/EEC. "
