Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 986 of 2005 in Riga on December 20 (pr. No 76 44) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 11 February 2003, regulations No. 73 "regulations on the State fee for an ID card and Passport" Issued under the identity card Act, article 2 of the fourth draw of the Cabinet of Ministers of 11 February 2003, regulations No. 73 "regulations on the State fee for an ID card and passport (Latvian journal, 2003, 25, 137. No; 2004, nr. 67) the following amendments : 1. Add to paragraph 3 after the words "the first and second groups of disabled people" with the words "disabled children".
2. Add to paragraph 9, after the words "the first and second groups of disabled people" with the words "disabled children".
3. Replace paragraph 21 in the numbers and the words "1 January 2006" with the figures and the words "1 January 2007".
4. Make the following introductory paragraph 22: "22 to 1 January 2007 the State fee rate for the passport issue citation age pensioners, the first and second groups of the disabled, disabled children, children up to the age of 15 and who provided the documents to a passport within 30 days after reaching the age of 15, is a late but accelerated the issuance of passports for those persons the following duty rates :”.
5. Replace the 23, 24, 25 and 26, paragraph numbers, and the words "1 January 2006" with the figures and the words "1 January 2007".
6. Replace paragraph 27 in the numbers and the words "1 January 2006" with the figures and the words "1 January 2007".
