Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1025 in Riga in 2005 (27 December. 77 68) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 September 2004, the Regulation No 804 "rules on wage system of public institutions financed medical persons and social work professionals ' Issued in accordance with article 62 of the law of work of the fifth and medicinal law article 4 second subparagraph, 1. make the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 September 2004, the Regulation No 804" rules on wage system of public institutions financed medical persons and social work professionals "(Latvian journal 155., 2004, nr.; in 2005, 33, 106, nr. 177.) the following amendments: 1. Express 3, first and second sentence as follows: "Employees and medical treatment person's monthly wage level according to the specific qualifications for the position to the category, the head of the institution subject to this provision set out in annex 5 and medical staff person lowest monthly wage rates."
1.2. make the following point 12: ' 12. Implementation of the provisions of the law on the public funding budget for the current year budget concerned programme or subprogramme approved expenditure of remuneration. ";
1.3. to replace paragraph 13 in number and the word "Annex" to the number 3 and the words "annex 5" and the word "review" with the word "increase";
1.4. deletion of annex 3;
1.5. make annex 5 by the following: "5. the annex to Cabinet of Ministers of 28 September 2004, the Regulation No 804 employees and a medical person, the lowest monthly salary (in lats) No. p.k.
Post qualification category, the lowest monthly wage/salary rate of the load (in LCY) until 30 June 2006, the lowest monthly wage/salary rate for the load (ls) 1 July 2006 1.
