Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1030 in Riga in 2005 (27 December. 77 37) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 9 June 1998 the Regulation No 217 "minimum safety requirements on the materials and articles in contact with food" Issued under the food surveillance article 10 of the law, the first paragraph 1. make Cabinet June 9, 1998 regulations No. 217 "minimum safety requirements on the materials and articles in contact with food" (Latvian journal, 1998, nr. 174; 2003; 2004, nr. 14. No, 68; 2005, 20, 176. No.) 1.1. the following amendments: replace the reference to which the provisions of the basic law issued a number and the words "article 10" with a number and the words "the first part of article 10. ';
1.2. to replace the words "in point 1.2 of the Latvian food centre" with the words "food and veterinary service";
1.3. to supplement the provisions of the following paragraph 1.3: "1.3 the restrictions on the use of epoxy derivatives in materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs, laid down in Commission on 18 November 2005, Regulation (EC) No 1895/2005 on the restriction of use of certain epoxy derivatives in materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. ';
1.4. to exclude 41, 42 and 43;
1.5. to replace 46, first and second sentence, the words "the Latvian food centre" (the fold) with the words "food and veterinary service" (fold);
1.6. the deletion of the particulars in reference to directives of the European Union 7, 9 and 12;
1.7. to complement the informative reference to directives of the European Union with 16, 17 and 18 the following wording: "16) Commission of 15 March 1993 of Directive 93/8/EEC amending Council Directive 82/711/EEC laying down the basic rules necessary for testing of the constituents of plastic materials and articles to verify the migration, which are intended to come into contact with foodstuffs;
17) Commission of 15 March 1993 of Directive 93/11/EEC on from elastomer or rubber teats and soothers of N-nitrosamines and N-nitrosatable substances;
18) Commission 10 December 1993 directive 93/111/EC amending Directive 93/10/EEC of regenerated cellulose film for materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. "
2. the rules shall enter into force on January 1, 2006.
