Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1028 in Riga in 2005 (27 December. 77 40) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 31 May 2005 the rules no 368 "rules on breast milk substitutes in the composition of the minimum safety requirements, labelling and advertising requirements, as well as promotional evaluation order" Issued under the food surveillance law article 4, the second, third and part 20 article 10.1, second subparagraph, and article 7 of the law on Advertising, the second part 1. make Cabinet on 31 May 2005 the rules "rules no 368 on mother's milk and the composition of the minimum safety requirements their labels and advertising, as well as promotional evaluation order "(Latvian journal, 2005, 88 no) the following amendments: 1. delete the reference to which the provisions of the basic law issued in words and numbers" article 20, first paragraph, and point 9 ";
1.2. to replace the words "in the text of the provisions of the Latvian food centre" (the fold) with the words "food and veterinary service" (fold);
1.3. make 33. the fourth sentence as follows: "the application and sample ad requesting food and veterinary service officials may challenge the food surveillance law and administrative procedure law.";
1.4. to make informative reference to European Union directives as follows: "Informative reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions resulting from: 1) of the Council of 3 May 1989 directive 89/398/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses;
2) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 December 1996, Directive 96/84/EC amending Directive 89/398/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses;
3) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 June 1999, Directive 1999/41/EC amending Directive 89/398/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses;
4) Commission 14 May 1991 Directive 91/321/EEC on infant formulae and follow-on formulae;
5) Commission of 16 February 1996, Directive 96/4/EC amending Directive 91/321/EEC on infant formulae and follow-on formulae;
6) Commission 25 May 1999 Directive 1999/50/EC amending Directive 91/321/EEC on infant formulae and follow-on formulae;
7) the Commission's February 10, 2003 of Directive 2003/14/EC amending Directive 91/321/EEC relating to mother's milk substitute for infants and follow-on formulae;
8) Council of 18 June 1992 Directive 92/52/EEC on infant formulae and follow-on formulae intended for export to third countries. "
