Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1027 in Riga in 2005 (27 December. 77 41) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 20 September 2005, the Regulation No 725 "rules on minimum safety and labelling requirements for dietary supplements and dietary supplements registration order" Issued under the food surveillance law article 4 of part two and 10.1 article 13, third paragraph and second paragraph of article 20 and the law on budget and financial management of the ninth article 5, part 1. make the Cabinet of 20 September 2005, the Regulation No 725 "rules on minimum safety and labelling requirements for dietary supplements and dietary supplements registration order "(Latvian journal, 2005, 152 no) the following amendments: 1. deletion of paragraph 6, the words" the Latvian food centre and ";
1.2. to replace the 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 in the introductory part of paragraph of the introductory paragraph, the words "the Latvian food centre" (the fold) with the words "food and veterinary service" (fold);
1.3. replace paragraph 11.4 and 11.5. the words "e-mail address:" info@lpc.gov.lv with the words "food and veterinary service official email address";
1.4. deletion of 11.7. section;
1.5. to replace the introductory paragraph of point 12, 13, 14, 16 and 17, first and second sentence, the words "the Latvian food centre" (the fold) with the words "food and veterinary service" (fold);
1.6. to make 18 the following: "6. The food and veterinary service official decision about nutritional supplements the registration or refusal of registration may be challenged food surveillance law and administrative procedure law.";
1.7. replace paragraph 19, first and second sentence, the words "the Latvian food centre" (the fold) with the words "food and veterinary service" (fold);
1.8. the deletion of point 19, second sentence, the words "and the food and veterinary service";
1.9. to supplement the rules by 26.1 points in the following wording: "By 2005, 26.1 31. December permitted to distribute those dietary supplements for which the Latvian food centre has issued a positive decision until 31 December 2005.";
1.10. replace paragraph 27, the number "2006" with "2005";
1.11. to supplement the provisions under paragraphs 29 and 30 by the following: "29. food and veterinary service of the administrative procedure law shall examine these rules referred to in paragraph 11, the document submitted to the Latvian food centre until 31 December 2005 to register the rule referred to in paragraph 8, dietary supplements, and conducted inspection of documents, as well as the rules referred to above 15.2 a registered nutritional supplements document and decide on the dietary supplements registration or refusal to register the nutritional supplements.
30. Food supplements whose registration documents in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 11 of the Latvian food Centre submitted up to 31 December 2005, permitted to distribute to their registration in the food and veterinary service. "
