Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1026 Riga 2005 (December 27. 77 31) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 22 February 2005, Regulation No 142 of the food and Veterinary Service Charter "Issued in accordance with the law of public administration facilities 16. the first paragraph of article 1 do Cabinet of 22 February 2005, Regulation No 142 of the food and Veterinary Service Charter" (Latvian journal, 2005, nr. 33) the following amendments: 1. provisions be supplemented by 4.4.1, 4.4.2 and 4.4.3 of the subparagraph as follows: "diagnostic of human disease 4.4.1 examination and chemical and microbiological samples for laboratory investigations of public health and epidemiology;
4.4.2 provide animal disease diagnostic studies;
4.4.3 provide the food, animal feed and environmental samples as well as other laboratory investigations; "
1.2. to supplement the rules with the bottom point 4.8.1 as follows: "4.8.1 authorise genetically modified organisms for limited use, market penetration and environment laws and regulations.";
1.3. to supplement the provisions of point 15 as follows: "15. Be declared unenforceable in a Cabinet of 14 June 2005, Regulation No 414" the Latvian food centre rules "(Latvian journal, 2005, 96 no)."
