Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 993 2005 in Riga on December 20th (Mon. No 76 57) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 2 November 1999, regulations No 370 "rules for the fare reductions on public transport" Issued under the Cabinet of Ministers of 14 law equipment of the first paragraph of article 3, paragraph 1. make Cabinet 2 November 1999 No. 370 of the rules "rules for the fare reductions on public transport" (Latvian journal, 1999, 368-369, 446./451.nr.) the following amendments: 1. to replace paragraph 6, the words "the presentation of the Welfare Minister's certificate issued in accordance with the procedure laid down in the" with the words "presented to the children and Family Affairs Ministry issued certificate social security provision ";
1.2. to express 17 as follows: "17. Expenses associated with the 16 and 18 of the provisions referred to in paragraph 1, the categories of passengers, the carrier shall be calculated in proportion to the volume of transport and covers road transport Directorate of the Ministry of transport in the State budget for that purpose provided for in the grant for the current year.";
1.3. to supplement the provisions of the following paragraph 20.1: "to 2006 's 12.5 May 31, children orphaned and without parental care for the remaining children who are in foster care, guardianship, social care facilities, including family bērnunamo, or studying General or vocational training institutions have the right, the Welfare Minister's certificate issued in accordance with the procedure laid down, use this rule 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5 and 6.6 in the listed vehicles free of charge."
