Licences shall be issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs set up in ferrous and non-ferrous metals scrap and scrap buying Licensing Commission. 3. The issue of a licence to the following duty rates: 3.1 of the licence of ferrous and non-ferrous metals scrap and salvage the nai-iepirkš 300 lats;
3.2. license for ferrous metal scrap and scrap buying-300 lats. 4. the amendment of the licence is a specific duty 10 lats. On the issue of a duplicate licence is a specific duty 20 lats. 5. a State fee shall be paid before receiving a licence. 6. fee for issue of the licence including the State budget in accordance with the law on the State budget for the current year. 7. where the Licensing Commission licence is cancelled, the operator did not drawback of it paid the State fee.
