Nr. 6) 19 amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 27 April 2004 the Regulation No 430 "At the National Charter" Issued by the Agency in accordance with the public agency law article 8 the third paragraph to make the Cabinet of Ministers of 27 April 2004 the Regulation No 430 "At the State Agency's rules" (Latvian journal, 2004, 68 no) the following amendments: 1. To make paragraph 1 by the following: "1. At Government Agency (hereinafter the Agency) is the Minister of health in monitoring public administration. Minister of health monitoring agency is implemented by the Ministry of health. "
2. To replace the words "in paragraph 6.1. natural and legal persons" with the word "individuals".
3. Express 6.2. subparagraph by the following: "6.2. charge for public services rendered;".
