Nr. 6 11. §) rules on the State fee for visa or residence permit documents required for application and related services Issued under immigration law article 6 1. determines the State fees rates (in LCY) for visa or residence permit documents required for application and related services, as well as the arrangements for payment of the State fee and the persons released from State duty payment.
2. State fee rates for visa documents required for application for consideration are as follows: 2.1 the lump sum and by request of visa-20lat;
2.2. multiple-visa request: 35lat;
2.3. visas, if you change the travel document — 5 lats;
2.4. group visas request — and in addition one 20lat lats for each person in the group visa.
3. State fee rates for visa request documents necessary for the handling of border inspection posts are set to double.
4. State fee rates for the approval of the visa invitation is as follows: UR4.1.par the invitation of applications submitted for approval: 5lat;

5.2. termiņuzturēšan permissions to request examination of the documents submitted to the Latvian citizens, non-citizens of Latvia and permanent residence of foreigners who have received their spouses, minor children and students of the educational institution or full training time students: 5.2.1.30 days 50 lats;
5.2.2.10 working days – 100 lats;
5.2.3. in five working days — 150 lats;
5.3. termiņuzturēšan permissions (with validity of up to 90dien) to request a review of the documents submitted: 5.3.1.30 of days: 10lat;
5.3.2.10 working days — 20lat;
5.3.3. in five working days — 30lat;
5.4. a permanent residence permit for examination of the documents submitted: 5.4.1.90 days — 70 lats;
5.4.2.30 working days – 120 lats;
5.4.3.10 working days – 170 ls;
5.5. a permanent residence permit for examination of the documents submitted, before other foreigners nationality acquisition was a Latvian citizen or non-citizen of Latvia: 5.5.1.90 of days: 20 lats;
5.5.2.30 working days — 70 lats;
5.5.3.10 working days – 120 lats;
5.6. a permanent residence permit for examination of the documents submitted by the Member States of the European Union or European economic area citizen, before another country's citizenship was a Latvian citizen or non-citizen: 5.6.1. month-20lat;

6. State fee rates for call approval are the following: 6.1 application for a residence permit: 10lat;

7. State fee rates for the registration of residence permit are as follows:-15lat 7.1.30 days;
7.2.10 working days — 20lat;
7.3. five working days — 25lat.
8. If the duty of the Republic of Latvia to the diplomatic missions and consular authorities are charged in foreign currency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs may determine the State fee rates for foreign currency under the Latvian Bank foreign exchange rate.
9. If the fee for the visa for entry for citizens of Latvia abroad is higher than provided for in these provisions State fees rate, foreign citizens concerned in accordance with the principle of parity defines the higher stamp duty rates on visa for entry into the Republic of Latvia.
10. A State fee shall be paid before the submission of the relevant documents.
11.No State duty payment released: 11.1 in accordance with Republic of Latvia sais toš international treaties;

7.4. a person who has acquired refugee status or the status of the Republic of Latvia, on the request of the residence permit or registration necessary documents his review and renewal of the residence permit, if you change the travel document;
11.10. the person who advocated religious affairs administration established a monastery, for a residence permit or application for the registration of documents necessary for the hearing, as well as the approval of the call that person and renewal of the residence permit, if you change the travel document;

11.12. 11.19.5. after three years of continuous residence in the Republic of Latvia continues in another European Union Member State as an employed or self-employed person and returns in Latvia at least once a week;
11.20. 12. State fee rates for permanent residence permit documents required for application for consideration for stateless persons to which a stateless person status was granted before the entry into force of the law on stateless persons (before 2 March 2004) is. 20lat
