Replace paragraph 17, the words and figures "in the standard EN 345:2002" with the words "this provision and the number 4 in the standards mentioned in paragraph". 10. Make the following point 19:19 ". If the equipment does not meet the requirements of these provisions, the notified body shall inform the market surveillance authority. " 11. paragraph 21 of the introductory paragraph to express a first and a second sentence as follows: "the notified body the manufacturer shall lodge an application for examination of a sample of the equipment, in order to assess its conformity with the requirements of this regulation. The application shall state the manufacturer's brand name and address, and, if the application is lodged by the authorised representative of the manufacturer,-also its name and address, as well as written declaration that the same application has not been lodged with any other notified body. " 12. Make 40 as follows: "40. consumer rights protection centre shall provide the Ministry of the economy of the manufacturer or of his authorised representative sent a copy of the Declaration of conformity. The Ministry of the economy compiled and forwarded to the European Commission. " 18. To supplement the rules with the informative reference to European Union directives as follows: "Informative reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions resulting from: 1) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2005 Directive 2005/88/EC amending Directive 2000/14/EC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the noise emission in the environment by equipment for use outdoors; 2) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 May 2000, Directive 2000/14/EC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the noise emission in the environment by equipment for use outdoors. " 19.
