Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 151 in Riga 2006 (21 February. No 11 11) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 8 April 2003, regulations No. 152 "requirements for preparedness for and response to radiological emergency following emergency" Issued in accordance with the law "on radiation safety and nuclear safety" the fourth part of article 9, paragraph 2 1. make the Cabinet on 8 April 2003, regulations No. 152 "requirements for preparedness for and response to radiological emergency following emergency" (Latvian journal, 2003 , 58 no). the following amendments: 1. make paragraph 5 by the following: "5. The Operator object that could cause injury in the event of radiological emergency (referred to as the site), develop a plan for the radiological emergency preparedness and action in the event of a radiological emergency (action plan)."
1.2. the express 7.1. subparagraph by the following: "7.1. minimize radiation emergency possibility and consequences of accidents by providing protective measures which may also pose a radiological emergency";

1.4. to supplement the provisions of the following paragraph in the bottom 14.2.9.: "14.2.9. livestock House (rooms), animals, sports and working animals and amusement animal movements in a fixed order.";
1.5. make 17 the following: "17. the Centre, taking into account the possible radiological emergency nature and scale, at the request of rescue services provides municipalities, institutions and commercial companies that may be involved in the organisation of protective measures and conduct a radiological emergency, with information about the possible consequences of radiation accidents, ionising radiation damage to health and individual protection measures. 1.6. to make 32 as follows: "32. Ministry of health: 32.1. in accordance with the recommendations of the Centre determines the necessary prevention of iodine iodine tablets;
