Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 151 in Riga 2006 (21 February. No 11 11) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 8 April 2003, regulations No. 152 "requirements for preparedness for and response to radiological emergency following emergency" Issued in accordance with the law "on radiation safety and nuclear safety" the fourth part of article 9, paragraph 2 1. make the Cabinet on 8 April 2003, regulations No. 152 "requirements for preparedness for and response to radiological emergency following emergency" (Latvian journal, 2003 , 58 no). the following amendments: 1. make paragraph 5 by the following: "5. The Operator object that could cause injury in the event of radiological emergency (referred to as the site), develop a plan for the radiological emergency preparedness and action in the event of a radiological emergency (action plan)."
1.2. the express 7.1. subparagraph by the following: "7.1. minimize radiation emergency possibility and consequences of accidents by providing protective measures which may also pose a radiological emergency";
