No 11 37) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 30 March 2004, the Regulation No 218 "plant quarantine regulations" Issued under the plant protection act article 5, paragraph 1 1. make a Cabinet of 30 March 2004, the Regulation No 218 "plant quarantine rules" (Latvian journal, 2004, 65, 180. No; 2005, 44, 100, 159 no) the following amendments: 1. Add to the informative reference to directives of the European Union by 29 and 30 points in this version : "29) Commission of 11 November 2005 Directive 2005/77/EC amending Annex V to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the attack of the introduction into the community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the community;
30) Commission 6 February 2006, Directive 2006/14/EC amending Annex IV to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the community. ';
1.2. deletion of annex 1, part A, section I, Chapter 2.4., the word "certificates of ficēt";
1.3. to replace 6. Chapter I of part A of annex 2 and of paragraph 8, the words "deep level and 1 March 2006" with the words and figures "January 1, 2009".
2. The provisions of point 1.2 shall enter into force on 1 May 2006.
